8 classesAccess our In Person or Online classes on your own time. You will have 3 months to be able to use the 8 class pass and will also have access to our membership portal, accountability calls, Q & A's, and our FB community and events.

Month to Month membershipJoin all of our online and in person classes as often as you would like throughout the month. This is an Unlimited Membership with no commitment. You receive everything that is offered with the class card plus unlimited classes.

3 month small group coachingThis is small group coaching for those who are wanting to meet a specific goal or lose the mid-section weight gain. You will have access to all of our classes and membership while also participating in 8 weeks of small group coaching through Zoom on a weekly basis for accountability.
