MEMBERSHIPThis program provides you with quick exercises/workouts that you can practice to help you gain strength, balance, and mobility. The exercises will provide you with strengthening wherever you are, whether you are mostly seated, able to move with some ease, or are able to get comfortably down on the floor and back up. Many of the workouts are designed for you to be able to complete in just 5 minutes so that you can focus on them throughout the day or you can watch longer videos for a specific workout. You will also have access to all our LIVE Zoom Classes.

BREATHe BETTERBreathing has more to do with balance than you may think. This course will provide you with a 30 day calendar you can do for daily exercises to help you to start breathing in fuller breaths along with tips, exercises, and short workouts you can do to start balancing more.
