I'm not sure about you, but I love the Fall Season!
and I get it-Fall has become this crazy time of year that everybody talks about now. Pictures are taken with pumpkins, memes are all over the place about how happy we are in fall, and you can't go anywhere without seeing some kind of pumpkin such and such food. Seriously, I was at the grocery store the other day and saw Pumpkin hummus, wait what!! (can you imagine us doing this with zucchini in the summer) :/
So I get it, if you feel we have gone to far with this Autumnal celebration but please, oh please let me enjoy all things Fall and my favorite Pumpkin Pie smoothies.
Pumpkin Pie Smoothie
1 cup Unsweetened Almond Milk
1/2 cup pumpkin puree
1 frozen ripe banana
1/4 cup vanilla protein powder
1/2 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp cinnamon
Blend all together until smooth. Add some fun toppings on top.
I like to add: cinnamon, pumpkin pie spice, ground flax meal, or pumpkin seeds
