Due to how we move through life in our modern world, we are not taking deep breaths often enough which is causing us to fall into a shallow breathing pattern which can create pressure in our core and can lead to back pain, incontinence, and even pelvic floor prolapse.
If you are trying to figure out where to start with your breathing I would recommend practicing 360 breathing to start getting those ribs to move more effectively.
