45 sec of work 15 sec of rest 5 min workout
15 in and out squats 15 bicep curls 15 side taps with tricep kickback 15 bent over flys Complete these exercises as many times as you can in 5 minutes (as many rounds as possible.) Let me know how many rounds you were able to get in. |
