I try to bring you my favorite move of the week each Friday and sometimes I do and sometimes I don't get it done (whoops!).
I normally do a lot of deadlifts in my classes because it is great for the posterior chain and usually will do a regular deadlift or a single leg deadlift. I enjoyed doing the split stance deadlift this week as I felt it added more work through the lower back as well as the glutes and hamstrings.
