Stroller Friendly (In Person/Online)
A 45 min total body functional workout incorporating strength training, cardio conditioning, and core restoration.
Leave feeling energized and ready for the rest of day, not depleted and tired. We understand that you are a BUSY mom and need to feel accomplished after your workout but not exhausted and sore as you have the rest of the day ahead of you with a lot of things to get done.

Our Align class is a 30 minute yoga/barre style class where we will work on your posture, mobility, and stability while strengthening and defining your muscles. This is a slower class with more focus on holding and moving through positions to help you move with less pain and tension.
Core & More
(currently offered Online only)
A 45 min no impact class that incorporates pilates style core exercises that are safe for Diastasis Recti (split abs/abdominal separation), and strengthening of glutes and back.
These classes are designed to help you learn proper breathing technique and will focus on the transverse abs, pelvic floor and aligning the whole body. We conclude each class with 10 minutes of foam rolling to ease the stress and tension.

This is our 30 min High Intensity workout designed with body weight training and cardio exercises for maximum burn in a short amount of time. 30 minutes of heart pumping work to help you feel energized.
We understand that life as a mom can be lonely at times and we want to be the place that you go to, to make those much needed connections. We offer a safe community where there is no judgement and no competition.
We offer monthly social events for moms to be able to discuss concerns, questions, and just build relationships with other moms. We also offer fun events for our children, whether it be playdates, crafts, storytime, or meeting up in the community to support other local business owners.
