Busy Mom's Fitness
A 45 min total body workout designed for women that incorporates strength training, cardio conditioning, and core restoration all while allowing little ones to interact and take part in sections of the class. You will leave feeling energized and ready for the rest of day, not depleted and tired. We understand that you are a BUSY mom and need to feel accomplished after your workout but not exhausted and sore as you have the rest of the day ahead of you and you have a lot of things to get done.
We accommodate ALL fitness levels and will work with you to help you get stronger and injury free in a safe and effective manor. We do ask that you listen to your Trainer's recommendations and to your own body as each mom is in a different stage of their health journey, and we don't want you to feel like you need to "keep up" during any class.
Core Recovery Classes
currently offered Online only
A 30 min no impact class that incorporates pilates style core exercises that are safe for Diastasis Recti (split abs/abdominal separation), and strengthening of glutes and back.
These classes are designed to help you learn proper breathing technique and will focus on the transverse abs, pelvic floor and aligning the whole body.
Again, we accommodate ALL fitness levels and will work with you to help you get stronger and injury free in a safe and effective manor. We do ask that you listen to your Trainer's recommendations and to your own body as each of us is in a different stage of our health journey.
We understand that life as a mom can be lonely at times and we want to be the place that you go to, to make those much needed connections. We offer a safe community where there is no judgement and no competition.
We offer monthly social events for moms to be able to discuss concerns, questions, and just build relationships with other moms. We also offer fun events for our children, whether it be playdates, crafts, storytime, or meeting up in the community to support other local business owners.
