Listen to our Podcast where I provide information and interview Professionals who are wanting to help you make a difference. This is a weekly podcast where we discuss ways we can show up better for ourselves and our children; covering topics ranging from our own health and wellness, ways to provide a fun and healthy environment for our children, and creating a healthy and happy home.
Our programs are designed for you to work through at your own pace while focusing on a specific area to help ease aches and tension. You receive access to workouts, 30-day calendars, informational tips, foam rolling techniques, along with assessments to help guide you through what to focus on next.

Posture Fix-whole body movements through posture and mobility
We understand that life as a mom can be lonely at times and we want to be the place that you are able to go to, to make those much needed connections. We offer a safe community where there is no judgement and no competition.
We offer monthly social events, which include Mom's Night out, Virtual Book Club, Coffee Dates, and will be adding more events soon.
