I eat really healthy meals but I have some crazy sugar cravings which come out around the noon hour and the 4-5 o'clock hour that puts me on a whirlwind. Right before Easter it was getting so crazy that every time I would go to the grocery store or Target I would pick up a "sweet treat" and devour it (usually) before I even got home.
So I made the decision it was time to stop it! I also knew that I was interested in becoming a coach for others and knew that for me to be a successful teacher in this I had to do it. (more info to come soon as to when I can start helping you)
So here I am-Day 1. I would love to say that today is a breeze and that I am encouraged and energized about how I'm going to feel, but working at home makes it tough. I can hear the semi-sweet morsels calling my name right now and have a no sugar Pumpkin/Carrot Muffin in the oven right now, hoping (praying) that this will be the trick and cure me of this ravenous hunger craving right now.
That apple, didn't do it!
So, its Day 1! Here I am, no sugar, feeling hungry but not angry; ready for the next 20 days.
